Morrigan is a malt-forward Irish style red ale defined by deep layers of toasted caramel and rich toffee. The pour reveals a clear amber hue with an aroma of roasted grains that leads into a medium, easy-drinking mouthfeel. A deliberate addition of roasted barley provides a crisp and dry finish to contrast the initial sweetness. This sessionable brew maintains a mild, clean bitterness that ensures a sharp and refreshing conclusion to every sip.

Our Helles is a traditional Munich style lager centered on a profile of grainy-sweet malt and balanced by a restrained, mild earthy hop bitterness. We started with our Festbier recipe, then backed off the hops to showcase the simple, quality German malts. It pours a brilliant straw gold with a delicate floral aroma that leads into a smooth, medium-light body.
